This is the bare block, stripped of everything
(head, front cover assembly with gears, manifolds, transmission, oil pan, and crankshaft)
Here you can see some areas of damage.
The block makes a sturdy computer desk in the garage.
You would think the block would be heavy, but I can pick it up with one scrawny arm
so it couldn't be more than 500 lbs ;-)
